Order Processing
Soon after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking number.
Packaging
All packages are discretely shipped in a plain cardboard box from Vibrator.com's parent company Acme Media, LLC. Packaging does not refer to Vibrator.com.
Order Fulfilment
Orders are shipped within 72 hours* of order placement. Express Mail orders will be given priority and usually ship within 24 hours*. Orders placed after midnight EST Friday night will not be processed until the following business day. USPS and UPS cannot guarantee shipping on a specific day.

For your convenience and faster delivery, orders are dispatched from the closest distribution center when all products are in stock and available for shipment. See the map below to find your nearest distribution center.
Shipping Restrictions (PO Box, APO, FPO)
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you are shipping to a PO Box or military address, please note that UPS does NOT ship to these addresses. All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
International Shipping
All international orders to countries other than Canada are sent via Global Priority Mail
International shipping could take up to four weeks depending on the destination country. International shipments should take 2-3 weeks. We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed outside the US. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Global Priority Mail will not release shipments without a signature, so please be aware that you will need to either sign a door tag or sign for the package directly.
