address typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to clear. You will be notified via email
when your order is processed and shipped. Available funds from checks are not
designated to specific orders. We will ship the first available order for which
there are sufficient funds. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum
returned check fee allowed by law.

You can use a gift
certificate to pay for any item sold on our web site. If you want to redeem your
gift certificate when you place a new order, just add items to your Shopping
Cart and place an order via our order form. You will be asked to enter the claim
code on the order form. If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift
certificate, you will be given the opportunity to provide an additional payment
method or to change your order.
Promotional codes
can be redeemed only at the time you place an order. Simply follow the
instructions on the certificate. Please note that generally, promotional
certificates may not be applied toward sales tax or shipping
costs.
Returns and
Replacements

sanitary purposes,

FINAL.
When you
receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are
correct and working.
All returns must be
pre-authorized. If there is a problem with your order please Contact
Us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (
RMA) number and further instructions on how
to return your merchandise.
We will
credit or exchange for
DEFECTIVE
items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in
their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip.
Items returned without original packaging will
NOT be refunded so please keep all
packaging for the 30 day return period

your replacement or refund.

responsible for any shipping charges for returns. Exchange items will be shipped
via UPS standard service at no extra charge. Please, obtain a tracking number
from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for lost
returns.
Shipping:
Soon after placing your order, you will receive an order
confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email
from us containing your tracking number.
Vibrator.com uses UPS and the United States Postal
Service for all shipments. We do
NOT
accept COD orders.
Your
product is shipped in a plain cardboard box and the return address will
