Ordering:

Order online:

Once you have completed shopping and wish to checkout you can click the checkout button in your cart. You will be taken to a login/register page. Enter in your username and your password. If you are not a returning member you must register and create an account profile. You will then be directed to a page with shipping and billing information. Please review the addresses and shipping method for accuracy and click Continue. You will have final opportunity to review your order information. If you need to modify any information you can do so from this page. If all the information is correct scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit Order.

Once your order has been placed, you may NOT make changes to it via the website (www.vibrator.com). You must call us to make any changes to your order. Orders that have been shipped may NOT be altered in any way.

Vibrator.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Vibrator.com gift certificates, and checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Please note: Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed. Payment sent from a U.S. address typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to clear. You will be notified via email when your order is processed and shipped. Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. We will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

If you mailed us a check or money order more than 4 weeks ago and have not received your order, please contact us and provide us with the following information:

  • the e-mail address that appears on check or money order
  • the account name on check or money order (full name and address that appears in upper left corner of the check)
  • the exact dollar amount
  • the exact date the check or money order was sent
  • the check or money order number
  • the date the check was cashed (if applicable--please contact the issuing bank for confirmation)

These details will help us match your payment with your order.

You can use a gift certificate to pay for any item sold on our web site. If you want to redeem your gift certificate when you place a new order, just add items to your Shopping Cart and place an order via our order form. You will be asked to enter the claim code on the order form. If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be given the opportunity to provide an additional payment method or to change your order.

Promotional codes can be redeemed only at the time you place an order. Simply follow the instructions on the certificate. Please note that generally, promotional certificates may not be applied toward sales tax or shipping costs.




Returns and Replacements :

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are correct and working. All returns must be pre-authorized. If there is a problem with your order please Contact Us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your merchandise.

We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period . If you have further questions or problems, please Contact Us.

In your return package please include:

  • The packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like a credit or an exchange for another item.
  • Please indicate the item you would like to exchange for.
  • If you do not include a note, you may not be credited!

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for any shipping charges for returns. Exchange items will be shipped via UPS standard service at no extra charge. Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for lost returns. 




Shipping:

Soon after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking number.

Vibrator.com uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for all shipments. We do NOT accept COD orders. Your product is shipped in a plain cardboard box and the return address will be Acme Media LLC.
