RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request Guide:

Thank you for your purchase at Vibrator.com. We understand that there may be special cases in which you would like to return an item that you initially purchased from our online store. However, for sanitary purposes we CAN NOT accept the return of items once they have been received. Only defective merchandise can be returned.

The process to request a return (“RMA”) is fairly simple.

When you initially made a purchase you either:

  1. Created a unique profile with a Username and a Password (which was sent to your email)
  2. OR
  3. You made the purchase anonymously (without having to create a Username/Password).

 

OPTION 1 – If you originally chose Option (1) "Creating a Username and Password" to make the purchase, please LOG-IN to your profile (located at the top right side of the website: www.Vibrator.com).

Next, click on "Orders History" located in the pink box on far right side. You will then be logged into your Orders Management page.

Then, search for your order. (Please refer to your invoice for the correct time and date of your purchase.)

After searching for your order, you will see your Order and Order ID/Number listed.

Please click on the desired order (which will reveal the invoice.)

Then, scroll to the very bottom of the page to the area called "Create Return Request."

Simply fill-in your request and detail the issue with your order.

Please include in your RMA:

- Your reason for returning

- What action you would like to take with the item

- And include the ORDER ID number and name of the item in the comments section.

You will receive a response within 24-48 hours from our Customer Service Agent indicating whether or not your RMA has been approved.

OPTION 2 – If you have not created a Username and Password, simply head to the first page of our website, www.Vibrator.com and fill in the "Contact Us" form, located at the far right side of the site.

Use the correct drop down menu to "label" your order and then write in the largest text box the details and the reason for your return.

Again, you will receive a response within 24-48 hours from our Customer Service Agent indicating whether or not your RMA has been approved.
